The Product Manager – Consumer Diagnostics will evolve our portfolio of home and sleep lab products and define how they continuously add value for consumers, providers, and ResMed. This role serves as the connective tissue between product strategy, business strategy, and product delivery. ResMed has the commercial footprint, engineering talent, and vision to fundamentally reshape the way people manage their sleep—now we need Product Managers who can bring it all together. Own the Product Roadmap From whiteboard to launch (and beyond), you’ll drive your product's roadmap, tailoring your approach to its lifecycle stage. You'll balance user delight with business goals—optimizing for impact, quality, and growth at every step. Think Beyond the Expected You’ll anticipate industry trends, understand shifting market dynamics, and bring strategic insight that keeps us one step ahead. Look past traditional business models and outdated assumptions. You’ll evaluate product accessibility, desirability, and value across diverse user segments—and pilot innovative go-to-market strategies to reduce risk and drive adoption. Build with Purpose You’ll translate insights into product strategies, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure every release delivers real value. You’ll monitor performance, identify opportunities, and fuel the next round of improvements. Collaborate & Influence You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to bring products and business models to life. You’re a connector—proactive, persuasive, and focused on outcomes. Let's Talk about What You’ll Bring User-First Mindset Passion for user-centric product development. A deep understanding of healthcare markets. You instinctively balance user needs with strategic goals. Deep Experience 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or strategy—ideally with experience in health tech, consumer products, or regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to build and launch successful products and business models. An MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field is a plus—but your ability to think critically and execute effectively matters most. Business & Technical Fluency A solid grasp of commercial strategy, digital and mechanical technologies, and the nuances of healthcare (e.g., clinical, compliance, regulatory). You can connect the dots from data to decisions. Collaborative Energy Excellent communication and leadership skills. You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to move teams toward a shared vision. Data-driven mindset & Strategic Hustle You’re decisive, analytical, and action-oriented.
