This role is your opportunity to lead with data—solving ambiguous problems, uncovering insights, and driving product decisions that matter. You’ll collaborate across R&D, engineering, and analytics teams to shape the future of our sleep and respiratory care portfolio.   As a data-savvy product leader, you’ll work independently and in cross-functional squads to design and deliver actionable insights. You’ll be the bridge between data and decision-making—translating complex analytics into clear, strategic direction.    What You’ll Do   Lead data-driven problem solving across global product initiatives   Interpret complex datasets and communicate insights with clarity and impact   Collaborate across product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive innovation   Champion data visualization and advanced analytics tools to inform strategy   Build strong relationships and foster shared learning across the business   Stay curious—challenge assumptions, explore new methodologies, and push boundaries   What You Bring   Required:   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Science, or related discipline   3+ years in Product Management and Data Analytics   Strong analytical mindset with experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods   Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Excel modeling, and SQL/CQL   Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills   Highly organized, process-oriented, and documentation-savvy   Preferred:   Experience with Python and/or R   Passion for product design and user impact   Why ResMed?   At ResMed, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that’s reshaping healthcare through technology.
