We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Integration Lead to drive the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Dell Boomi , a strong understanding of system integration principles and a proven ability to lead technical integration projects across complex environments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise applications and business systems, enabling data consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Boomi. Collaborate with business analysts, architects and cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and define technical solutions. Establish and enforce best practices for integration design, error handling, monitoring and performance optimization. Provide technical leadership to integration developers and oversee solution delivery to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Troubleshoot complex integration issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. Manage Boomi environments, including deployment, version control and runtime monitoring. Develop and maintain documentation for integration flows, configurations and system dependencies. Stay up to date with the latest Boomi features, middleware trends and integration technologies to drive innovation within the team. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in system integration , with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in Boomi (AtomSphere platform). Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and data formats (XML, JSON, etc.). Experience in designing and implementing integrations between ERP, CRM, HR and cloud-based applications. Knowledge of m iddleware architectures, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data integration frameworks. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and version control tools (Git, Jenkins) for integration deployments is a plus. Boomi Professional or Architect certification preferred. Strong knowledge of cloud and on-premise integration scenarios. Skilled in configuring and leveraging a range of connectors, including Database v1, v2, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Amazon S3, AS2, SFTP, Disk and Snowflake, Kafka, Http client connectors. Knowledge of using messaging platforms such as Kafka, Rabbit MQ etc. Should have worked in EDI integrations using X12 and EDIFACT formats. Knowledge of using OAuth and key-based authentications and certification management. API Management.
