As part of our Singapore Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Product Design process by ensuring our test laboratories run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. If you thrive in a hands-on technical environment and enjoy collaborating with engineers to bring innovative medical products to life, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.   What You’ll Do   As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our lab operations—ensuring equipment is calibrated, tests are executed flawlessly, and compliance is always top-notch. Your responsibilities will span across:   Equipment Management   Schedule and coordinate calibration and maintenance with minimal lab disruption   Maintain accurate records and ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards   Keep the lab organized and inventory in optimal condition   Laboratory Operations   Support lab amenity upkeep and test bench readiness   Prepare for audit activities   Manage procurement of lab supplies and chemical database updates    Contractor Administration   Track and manage short-term contractor schedules and onboarding   Ensure training records and timesheets are accurate and up to date   Liaise with hiring agencies for contractor recruitment   Team Collaboration   Assist Technical Officers and Engineers in routine testing   Prepare jigs and samples, and document results with precision   Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement     What We’re Looking For   Experience in laboratory operations or technical support roles   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail   Familiarity with regulatory and quality systems (ISO, GMP, etc.)   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment   Proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving     Why ResMed?   At ResMed, we’re not just building products, we’re shaping the future of healthcare.
