The primary focus of this position is to lead our production team in enhancing operational productivity, efficiency, and quality. This will involve collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about production excellence but also eager to foster teamwork and innovation within our facility. Let’s talk about Responsibilities Lead a team of Production Team Leaders by providing guidance on daily operations, team management and talent development. Collaborating with stakeholders such as Warehouse, Planning, and Engineering to ensure team leaders have the available resources to achieve production targets. Implement business excellence projects (Continuous Improvement, LEAN, cost savings) Provide guidance to team leaders and point of escalation for any performance management issues within their shift. Guide and coordinate with the team leaders to oversee the management of production personnel for all shifts, including attendance, safety, training, induction, and performance management. Supervise investigations and the implementation of remedial actions related to any safety, quality or similar performance related issues Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Required: Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing setting. Good working knowledge of the products for each line or proven ability to understand technical. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate at levels of the organization. Solid understanding of GMP process, quality management, and H&S policies and procedures with the ability to apply them in everyday work environment. Comfortable working cross-functionally and understanding of differing perspectives.  Preferred: 3 years team supervisory or management experience . We value diversity in industry experience. Candidates with backgrounds in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food and beverage, cosmetics and personal care, chemicals, and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) are highly encouraged to apply.
