Projektowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań GenAI w obszarach biznesowych, Wsparcie zespołów nietechnicznych przy budowie modeli predykcyjnych oraz generatywnych, Rozwój i automatyzacja procesów MLOps (pipeline’y, CI/CD, monitoring modeli), Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi i IT przy identyfikacji zastosowań AI, Udział w proof-of-concept i pilotażach, Dbanie o zgodność rozwiązań z regulacjami (AI Act, RODO) i najlepszymi praktykami etycznymi. Doświadczenie w budowaniu systemów agentowych Znajomość narzędzi Microsoft Copilot Doświadczenie w budowaniu rozwiązań korzystających z LLM Znajomość narzędzi MLOps (MLflow, SageMaker, Airflow) Znajomość Python i narzędzi do analizy danych (pandas, NumPy, SQL) Doświadczenie z frameworkami ML/DL (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Praktyka w pracy z danymi dużej skali Doświadczenie z chmurą (AWS), konteneryzacją (Docker) Komunikatywność – umiejętność tłumaczenia złożonych zagadnień osobom nietechnicznym Znajomość języka angielskiego w pracy z dokumentacją i projektami międzynarodowymi Oferujemy... Współpracę przy strategicznych projektach AI w różnych obszarach biznesu, Dostęp do najnowszych narzędzi i środowisk chmurowych EN Your New Role… Due to the dynamic growth of the Data & AI Engineering team, we are looking for an AI Innovation Specialist. Your Role Accountabilities… Designing and implementing GenAI solutions in business areas Supporting non-technical teams in building predictive and generative models Developing and automating MLOps processes (pipelines, CI/CD, model monitoring) Collaborating with business and IT teams to identify AI applications Participating in proof-of-concept and pilot projects Ensuring solutions comply with regulations (AI Act, GDPR) and best ethical practices Qualifications & Experience… Experience in building agent-based systems Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot tools Experience in developing solutions using LLMs (Large Language Models) Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Airflow) Proficiency in Python and data analysis tools (pandas, NumPy, SQL) Experience with ML/DL frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Practice working with large-scale data Experience with cloud (AWS), containerization (Docker) Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Communication skills – ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences English proficiency for working with documentation and international projects We Offer… Collaboration on strategic AI projects in various business areas Access to the latest tools and cloud environments Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
