Discovery is searching for an Employee Connection Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Warsaw . You will play a key role in supporting employees across Europe, handling P&C Services-related requests and executing standardized processes such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits, mobility, and compliance. We’re looking for someone proactive and independent, passionate about improving processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience aligned with our culture.
