Let’s talk about Responsibilities Designing and developing responsive, accessible, and performant full stack applications using React.js (frontend) and Java Spring Boot (backend). Building, deploying, and maintaining applications on AWS Cloud Services following industry best practices. Ensuring Section 508 accessibility compliance and adherence to responsive design standards across devices and browsers. Writing optimized, secure, and maintainable code to support high performance and scalability. Implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, leading small initiatives, and mentoring junior engineers. Conducting code reviews, debugging, and ensuring CI/CD integration and testing quality. Leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to improve development efficiency, code quality, and accessibility validation. Supporting production environments, performing monitoring, and driving continuous improvement efforts. Performs work in a specialized area requiring strong expertise in full stack development, AWS cloud technologies, and accessibility standards. Typically requires a university degree and several years of related professional experience. Independently performing complex full stack development activities (mid-career). Leading and contributing to cloud-native, responsive, and accessible application projects. Providing technical direction, mentoring, and accessibility guidance within the team. Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to influence strategy and drive business results. Builds strong working relationships internally and externally to exchange information and collaborate effectively. Receives minimal direction; expected to be self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 4 to 6 years of professional experience in full stack software development Strong hands-on experience in React.js (frontend) and Java Spring Boot (backend) Proven expertise in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.) Experience in developing responsive and Section 508-compliant web applications Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to drive initiatives independently Preferred: Exposure to or practical experience with AI tools for development, accessibility testing, or automation Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps practices Familiarity with AWS security, cost optimization, and performance best practices Understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA), and performance optimization techniques #LI-India Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
