岗位概述   负责瑞思迈（ ResMed ） NTAD （新治疗领域开发， New Therapeutic Area Development ）项目的地方推广与实地落地工作，并协助合作机构开展项目运维。核心目标包括：优化 OSA （阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停， Obstructive Sleep Apnea ）诊疗生态体系、推动业务可持续增长，以及通过持续迭代形成可复制的项目模式。     主要工作职责   1 . 协助 合作医院开展 NTAD 项目运维，梳理并优化运营流程，确保 OSA “筛查 - 诊断 - 治疗 - 管理”全路径顺畅落地 。   2 . 传递 基于循证医学的 OSA 无创正压通气（ NIPAP ， non-invasive positive airway pressure ）疗法相关医学信息，推动产品销量持续增长，同时提炼形成结构化的 ** 客户能力成长路径图 。   3 . 制定 产品推广策略与方案，组织高价值学术活动，助力合作医院搭建并提升 OSA 诊疗能力 。   4 . 主动 收集并整合市场反馈与实践经验，以此完善业务模式；运用 ** “ 反馈 - 迭代”框架 ** 优化试点模式，最终形成可规模化、可执行的实施方案 。     任职要求与资格条件   教育背景   本科及以上学历（优先考虑医疗健康管理、生命科学、工商管理等相关专业。   语言能力   1 . 英语 ：熟练掌握，具备流利的听说读写能力。可独立撰写英文项目报告、翻译解读英文学术资料 。   2 . 中文 ：母语水平，可精准理解并表达医疗政策、诊疗路径等专业内容，确保与国内医院及合作机构沟通无偏差 。   专业工作经验   1 . 至少 1 年医疗健康 / 医疗器械行业销售经验；具备市场或运营工作经验者优先 。   2 . 拥有 扎实的项目管理专业能力，深入了解心内科市场业务场景及标准诊疗路径 。   3 . 有 新市场开拓成功案例，具备较强的开拓能力，且深刻理解医院管理者（如院长）及科室主任的需求 。   核心能力   1 . 对 医疗政策敏感度高，能在一线工作中识别市场机遇，高效推进项目进展 。   2 . 擅长 对处方医生进行分层管理，精准且恰当传递医学信息；结果导向明确，聚焦关键绩效指标（ KPIs ）。   3 . 具备 出色的跨部门协调与沟通能力，学习能力强，且秉持创新精神与持续探索的态度 。   4 . 熟练 掌握项目管理方法论（如敏捷开发、瀑布式开发等 ）， 可推动跨部门、跨机构协作 。     优先考虑条件   - 熟悉 心内 领域或 OSA 诊疗规范。   - 有 医疗学术活动（如专题研讨会、工作坊、继续医学教育项目等）的设计与执行经验。   Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
