Discovery is searching for an Employee Connection Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team. This role is based in Warsaw and will be a key player, regularly interacting with employees to support and address their P&C Services-related requests. The specialist supports and executes standardized processes that are repeatable in nature including the employee on and off-boarding, benefits, mobility, operations, and compliance for European based employees. The hire will be expected to be highly independent and proactive in identifying and implementing positive change and improvements to deliver a great employee experience aligned with our culture.  What's in it for you...
