Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. Your New Role... The PTP Coordinator role exists to coordinate and oversee Procure to Pay (PTP) operations within Warner Bros. Discovery. The role focuses on ensuring efficient end-to-end PTP process execution, strong controls and SOX compliance, and effective coordination between internal stakeholders and external service providers. The PTP Coordinator acts as a key operational owner, ensuring that PTP activities are delivered in line with agreed service levels, company policies and control requirements, while supporting continuous improvement across PTP processes. What’s in it for you Contract of employment - fixed - term Hybrid work model Benefits package: private medical care, life and accident insurance, MyBenefit cafeteria platform, sports card, social fund, retirement pension plan, Employee Referral Program Free access to HBO Max platform Work-life balance initiatives: well-being platform, yoga, massages, educational webinars, Employee Support Program, film screenings organized by employees in the office cinema Training and development: training platform, co-financing of English lessons, Employee Resource Groups, Engagement Club – the opportunity to develop your interests in thematic employee groups, online meetings with experts CSR activities: volunteering, ecological and social initiatives Access to parking spaces Your Role Accountabilities Coordinate and oversee day-to-day Procure to Pay activities, including those performed by external service providers, ensuring service quality, timeliness and compliance with WBD policies and SOX controls Act as the primary point of contact for the external service provider, managing operational   topics, issue resolution, escalations and follow-ups Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs, supporting performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate core PTP processes to support operational success (e.g. vendor creation,   invoice processing, PO matching, invoice routing) Support and coordinate month-end and year-end activities, including reconciliation of Accounts Payable balance sheet accounts Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into WBD systems and PTP processes, maintain and update PTP process documentation and work instructions for supported countries Act as a subject matter expert for PTP processes and technologies (OpenText VIM, SAP ECC, Blackline) Qualifications & Experience... Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 3 years of experience within Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay Strong SAP experience is required Experience in the Media industry and/or Media Sales is preferred Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Transition or transformation experience is an advantage Additional Information    On June 9, 2025, Warner Bros.
