Job Description Wofür wir deine Unterstützung brauchen Du hilfst Fachpersonen dabei, die Funktionsweise unserer DiGA zu verstehen und erläuterst ihnen alle relevanten Abläufe Du gehst aktiv (via Telefon und Mail) auf Fachpersonen zu, um sie über unsere DiGA zu informieren, Testzugänge anzubieten und sie bei der Verordnung und Anwendung zu begleiten Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für wichtige Anliegen von medizinischem Fachpersonal und beantwortest fachliche sowie organisatorische Fragen Du versorgst Ärzt:innen, Psycholog:innen, Schlaflabore usw. mit Infomaterial und Testzugängen Du unterstützt das Sales Team bei administrativen Aufgaben und bei der Datenpflege im CRM-System Deine kreativen Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge sind gern gesehen und helfen dabei, Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern Was du idealerweise mitbringst Immatrikulierte:r Student:in im Bereich Psychologie, Humanmedizin, Gesundheit, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnlich Du bist ein offener und kommunikativer Mensch und gehst gern auf andere zu Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, bist überzeugend und begabt in Rhetorik Idealerweise hast du schon Erfahrung mit Telesales Du hast 20 Stunden in der Woche Zeit und kannst mindestens 1x pro Woche bei uns im Leipziger Office sein Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch Was wir dir zurückgeben wollen Bringe deine eigenen Ideen ein - für sinnstiftende Produkte, die das Ziel haben, das Leben von Millionen von Patient:innen besser zu machen Dich erwartet eine attraktive Vergütung in einem krisensicheren Umfeld Arbeite in einem sympathischen, internationalen Team, das Spaß daran hat, Dinge anzupacken und weiterzuentwickeln Regelmäßigen Team- und Company-Events Wir bieten dir eine coole Arbeitsumgebung in unserem Büro mit Tischtennis im grünen Innenhof Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
