Position Overview: Starting salary : $15.00 / hour Apply today to join our team at our Providence Place location! This position is seasonal, with an end date of 12/31/2024. Key Responsibilities: * Meet and exceed sales goals * Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.) * Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles and saying the 6 standard phrases. * Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed * Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol * Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run * Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store * Provide product and brand knowledge to customers * Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions * Assist with special projects as assigned by management Requirements : * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions * Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends * Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds * Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including: repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing Part time/Seasonal requirements: * Minimum of 12 hours per week * Availability on weekends , with religious exemptions considered * Availability on Black Friday and during the holiday period (12/19-12/31 -- we are closed on Christmas Day) Benefits: We offer competitive compensation for Sales Associates starting at $15.00 along with a clear path to promotion opportunities every 3 months based on individual performance!
