LOCATION:  760 Westchester Ave, Rye Brook, NY HOURS: 7:00am - 4:00pm; Monday - Friday FULL TIME:  Benefits Eligible HOURLY RATE: $20.00-$25.00/hr In this role, you will: Responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds.  Responsible for warehouse inventory orders, office supply orders, stocking and managing inventory levels.  Oversees and maintains the following departmental programs Directs, coordinates, and plans essential central services such as security, cleaning, D.I Water System, pest control, Avanti Market, and bio hazard waste. Assist Procurement team in receiving, stocking, and rotating products for all departments Enthusiastically performs miscellaneous duties with completion in a designated time frame. Maintains upkeep of buildings and grounds Answers inquiries regarding inventory availability and daily needs Oversees all facilities quarterly and annual building inspections Manages all electrical, plumbing, A/C, roofing, flooring, site generators, painting and lighting needs Coordinates improvement and remodeling of facilities Receives, stocks, rotates and enters all products into ProcureIT for all departments Maintains remote shipment supplies return Responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise  All you need is: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum – Three years working experience in facility maintenance.
