We have studios and offices across the globe. Your New Role WB Games is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their Analytics team. This role will lead the vision, development, and adoption of analytics solutions that empower marketing teams to make data-driven decisions for game launches, live operations, and player engagement. The Senior Technical Product Manager will own the roadmap for marketing measurement products and champion data-driven strategies across the organization. Your Role Responsibilities Define and execute the product strategy for marketing measurement and analytics solutions, including dashboards, attribution models, player segmentation, and media mix modeling (MMM) tailored for gaming. Lead go-to-market planning and product launches for new measurement tools and features. Translate marketing needs into actionable plans for development teams to build scalable data-driven solutions. Work with analysts to onboard new data sets and unlock insights into player behavior, campaign performance, and monetization. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the gaming ad ecosystem. Act as a thought leader and serve as a sought-after resource for data strategy, experiment planning, campaign execution, and measurement. Advise marketing teams on interpreting data, applying statistical models, and optimizing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Centralize and disseminate insights to enable broader understanding and historical benchmarking of marketing effectiveness. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior leadership on campaign ROI and player engagement. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years in product management, business intelligence, or analytics within gaming or a closely related industry. Deep expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, and performance optimization for games. Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and marketing science. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, marketing, game development). Excellent communication skills; able to bridge business and technical teams. Proven ability to deliver innovative solutions and drive adoption across teams. Experience with modern data stacks and BI tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field; Master’s preferred. How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $106,400.00 - $197,600.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
