Location: Tuas, Singapore Role Type: 24 months fixed-term contract Job Summary At ResMed , we’re shaping the future of smart manufacturing and supply chain automation. As a Senior Industrial Engineer (Automation, Warehouse Systems & Automated Material Flow) , you’ll help design, implement, and optimise cutting-edge automation technologies across our global operations. You’ll work on innovative projects involving automated material flow , AMRs/AGVs , AS/RS , and digital warehouse systems —driving efficiency, quality, and reliability in how we deliver life-changing medical devices worldwide. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced automation, data integration, and lean manufacturing , while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain. Let's Talk About the Role Design and optimize automated material flow and warehouse systems to enhance efficiency and traceability. Implement and integrate automation solutions ( AGVs, AMRs , conveyors, AS/RS) with SAP EWM, MES, and IoT platforms . Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles. Collaborate across global teams to support digital transformation and operational excellence. Let's Talk About You Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related discipline). 3–6 years’ experience in warehouse automation or automated material handling systems , preferably in medical devices, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing . Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Passion for innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
