What Future Opportunities May Involve: Opportunities within our APAC TA team include: Leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets in APAC Crafting thoughtful sourcing strategies to connect with diverse, high-quality talent Providing insights and data to guide and influence hiring decisions Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and candidates Creating inclusive, people-centred hiring journeys that reflect who we are Supporting hiring across key areas such as Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, Commercial, or Corporate functions What You Bring Experience recruiting in fast-paced, multinational environments Strong sourcing capability and the ability to engage passive talent A collaborative, consultative approach with leaders and teams Confidence operating within a global, matrixed structure Understanding of APAC talent markets, ideally with exposure to Australia and Singapore Curiosity, drive, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences Why ResMed?
