Le rôle principal de la fonction de coordinateur est de fournir un support administratif et logistique aux équipes internes liées à l’activité des services techniques (SAV). ROLES & RESPONSABILITES TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES • Assurer le suivi des dossiers SAV externalisés chez notre sous-traitant jusqu’à sa clôture • Saisie des commandes de pièces détachées associées aux dossiers SAV dans l’ERP • Interface avec les clients internes, pour aider à gérer les retours de service vers les sites SAV externalisés • Communication avec les parties prenantes internes, ainsi qu'avec le sous-traitant pour assurer une amélioration continue des résultats souhaités. • Fournit une assistance par e-mail pour les demandes de service, au besoin. • Coordination avec l’équipe logistique et participation à certaines tâches en support • Gestion de colis et étiquettes de transport • Approvisionnement de pièces détachées • Mouvement de stock à effectuer sur le logiciel interne en lien avec les procédures Logistique • Autres tâches et responsabilités assignées : S’adapter à l’activité de l’entreprise est essentiel afin de pallier aux évolutions des missions, cette liste est non exhaustive et susceptible d’évoluer selon le besoin de l’activité globale de l’entreprise. QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Minimum : • Bac +2/BTS/Licence • 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste équivalent ou proche (coordinateur) Souhaitées Preferred : • Idéalement, expérience en SAV • Travail en équipe avec autonomie et entraide • Bilingue Anglais /Français • Langue supplémentaire non requise mais pouvant apporter un réel plus : Hongrois COMPETENCES OBLIGATOIRES MANDATORY SKILLS • Aisance avec l’outil informatique : Microsoft office (Word, Excel), Microsoft Outlook • Utilisation Excel avancée (préférable) • Déjà évolué sur un ERP (Oracle/SAP/Cegid/Sage) & sur des outils informatiques • Compétences en manutention • Anglais professionnel écrit QUALITES PERSONNELLES PERSONAL SKILLS • Rigu eur, Organisation, Ponctualité, Adaptabilité • Méthodique et autonome • Logique et Appétence pour l’informatique Gestion des priorités • Polyvalent • Persévérant • Aptitude à la communication et au travail d’équipe
