What we want The Nurse Home Visitor provides comprehensive nursing care and support to women and families enrolled in the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program, while also delivering patient care, evaluations, and treatments in a clinical setting. Conducts home visits, promotes maternal and child health, and offers education and guidance to families. Oversees clinic operations, including inventory management and the requisition of medical supplies, medications, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe service delivery. Four years of clinical nursing experience Required Licenses and Certifications Active licensure in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas; current CPR certification.
