As part of this mission, we’re building a world-class Healthcare Informatics platform—and we need your help.   We’re seeking a Team Leader, Platform Engineering to lead our Developer Experience team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about empowering developers, streamlining engineering workflows, and building scalable platforms that abstract the complexities of modern development.   What You’ll Do   Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.   Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and build a clear, value-driven roadmap.   Deliver platform features that enhance scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.   Champion a “developer-first” mindset, ensuring internal engineering teams have a seamless experience.   Define and promote engineering standards and best practices across teams.   Shape strategy in partnership with senior stakeholders and engineering leadership.   Drive inner sourcing and build a vibrant developer community within ResMed.   Balance technical leadership with people management, including hiring, onboarding, and career development.   Participate in a Sun model standby rotation for production incident management. What You’ll Bring   BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.   8+ years in software or platform engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.   Proven experience building and operating production systems with a focus on reliability and observability.   Deep understanding of CI/CD, testing, source control, and modern development practices.   3+ years working with public cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies.   Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go).   Strong architectural skills and experience modernizing legacy systems.   Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.   Bonus Points   Experience integrating GenAI into existing systems.   Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or ELK.   Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in public cloud environments.   Ready to lead the future of developer experience at ResMed?
