Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. チーム紹介 ウェアハウス（倉庫）チームは、東京都練馬区に位置する スタジオツアー東京 内の自社倉庫を拠点とし、日々のオペレーションを行っています。 スタジオツアーで販売される商品に加え、ハリー・ポッター ショップ 原宿／赤坂 および公式オンラインショップの在庫管理・入出庫・発送業務も一括して担当し、複数拠点の物流を支える重要な役割を担っています。 Your New Role... 本ポジションは、上長の指揮のもとワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京内の倉庫業務全般を担当し、在庫精度の維持や業務改善、進捗管理を主体的に推進します。 また、店舗および e コマースへの最適なサービス提供を実現するため、現場での課題を自ら発見し、改善提案へつなげていく役割を担います。 Your Role Accountabilities... 入庫商品の荷受け・検品・仕分け・棚入れ作業 出庫商品の携帯端末を用いたピッキング・梱包・出荷準備 在庫管理（棚卸、数量確認、欠陥品/破損品発見時の報告など含む） フォークリフトを使用した荷役作業（資格保持者のみ） 商品のラベル貼付・バーコード管理 作業エリアの安全管理・整理整頓 チーム内での作業進捗報告・協力対応 倉庫運営の効率化に向けた自主的な改善提案 Qualifications & Experiences... 必須： 機器（パソコン、携帯/スマホ端末）の操作スキル 歓迎： 倉庫管理経験 小売業における倉庫管理、在庫管理経験 フォークリフト資格保持および操縦経験（入社後の資格取得が可能）   【求めるコンピテンシー】 自身および他の作業者の安全で健全な作業環境の保持と促進に最大限注意する ビジター（お客様）のニーズを満たす為の最適なレベルのサービスを提供できるようにする 部門内及びビジネスの状況に常に関心を持ち、変化に柔軟に対応できるようにする マニュアルを遵守した作業、またその応用 探求心を持って、幅広い知識と技能を身に付け、ほかのメンバーにも共有する 勤務形態 1 か月単位の変形労働時間制 8:00-22:00 の間でシフト調整（週 37.5 時間が目安） 土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆など）勤務あり 年に 1-2 回夜勤あり（棚卸） Additional Information On June 9, 2025, Warner Bros.
