Bienvenue chez Alliance Automotive Group Acteur majeur de la Distribution de pièces de rechange et services pour l'automobile et le poids lourd, Alliance Automotive France, membre du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC) coté aux Etats-Unis, recherche pour renforcer son service recouvrement clients, un(e) Chargé(e) de recouvrement H/F. Création de poste en CDI basée à Vern-sur-Seiche (35) - située à 9 kilomètres au sud-est de Rennes. Les missions du poste Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Recouvrement Clients, vous intégrez une équipe composée d'une dizaine de personnes. Vous garantissez le recouvrement des créances et le suivi des litiges. A ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes : - Appliquer et respecter la politique de Crédit Management groupe - Assurer le recouvrement à l'amiable sur la base de la Balance âgée (relances téléphoniques et écrites) - Identifier, suivre puis clôturer les litiges - Animer mensuellement une revue de Balance âgée avec les opérationnels - Assurer le lettrage occasionnel - Préconiser le passage de clients débiteurs au contentieux - Challenger notre prestataire de recouvrement externe dans le suivi des dossiers - Mettre à jour la base de données clients Le profil recherché Idéalement issu(e) d'une formation supérieure Bac +2 en comptabilité ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en recouvrement ou comptabilité clients. Rigoureux(euse), organisé(e), vous avez le sens des priorités et maîtrisez l'art de la négociation.
