Organisation von Meetings, Planung und Buchung von Dienstreisen oder Reisekostenabrechnung. Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie bei der fachgebietsbezogenen Sachbearbeitung in den Bereichen Vertrieb und Projektabwicklung. Für diese Stelle ist ein hohes Maß an Sensibilität bezüglich möglicher Compliance Risiken erforderlich. Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen: Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position. Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Tools (MS Office, MS Project) und haben bereits mit SAP gearbeitet. Sie sind eine offene, positive Persönlichkeit und verfügen über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Flexibilität.
