Bienvenue chez Alliance Automotive Group Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de fournitures pour le marché de la réparation automobile et du poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group, membre du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC) coté aux Etats-Unis, recherche, dans le cadre d'une création de poste, un(e) GESTIONNAIRE DES LITIGES H/F. Création de poste basée sur la plateforme FIRST à St Fargeau Ponthierry (77). Les missions du poste Rattaché(e) à la responsable Méthodes et Process, vous aurez en charge la gestion des litiges liés aux expéditions. Poste à 50% sur le terrain et à 50% dans la gestion administrative. A ce titre, vous serez amené (e) à : - Assurer le suivi des Retours Transporteurs et Clients - Être en contact avec le service des Administration des ventes pour recueillir les demandes des clients : réception par mail, suivi de la résolution et réponse - Effectuer pour chaque demande une analyse dans notre système d'exploitation (WMS Manhattan) - Effectuer/ Faire effectuer si besoin un inventaire des références de la demande - Faire un retour structuré au service des Administrations des ventes Le profil recherché Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience en logistique ou administration et êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (La suite Office). Vous maitrisez Excel (Recherche V, Tableaux croisés dynamiques) et la maîtrise de WMS/ERP serait un plus. Vous avez un des capacités d'analyse et de synthèse. Le CACES 1 ou 6 serait un plus.
