Acteur majeur de la Distribution de pièces de rechange et services pour l'automobile et le poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group, membre du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC) coté aux Etats-Unis, recherche, pour renforcer son équipe HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement, un(e) Responsable HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) Multisites H/F. Opportunité en CDI basée au Siège à Levallois-Perret (92). MISSIONS Vous avez en charge un périmètre d’environ 50 magasins (entre 600 et 700 personnes) répartis sur le  périmètre Quart Nord Est de la France. A cette occasion, vous assurez les missions suivantes : Conduire les audits pour ainsi contribuer à apporter des actions correctives, des améliorations, des plans d’action dans nos magasins/ ateliers Accompagner, épauler et sensibiliser les Directeurs de secteurs et Responsable de magasins  Mettre en place des documents réglementaires (document unique, affichage, registres, plan de prévention...)  Animer la commission sécurité ; Contribuer à l’identification des besoins de formation et au suivi des formations  Coordonner les instances de contrôle (inspection du travail, médecine du travail, CARSAT). PROFIL Diplômé(e) d’un BAC +5 de type Master 2 HSE ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience professionnelle réussite de minimum 5 années sur une fonction similaire acquise au sein d'un environnement multi-sites dans le secteur de la distribution spécialisée. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre réactivité, votre implication au quotidien, votre capacité à faire adhérer des personnes à un objectif commun. Vous avez un excellent sens de l’écoute, de la pédagogie et vous savez communiquer efficacement avec vos différents interlocuteurs internes et externes.
