Bienvenue chez Alliance Automotive Group Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de fournitures pour le marché de la réparation automobile et du poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group, membre du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC) coté aux Etats-Unis, recherche, pour l'une de ses filiales, spécialisée dans la pièce automobile de réemploi, un RESPONSABLE ATELIER DEMONTAGE H/F en CDI. Le poste est basé dans une de nos filiales, SEVP AUTO à SAINT QUENTIN (02). Les missions du poste Rattaché(e) au Directeur de site, vous encadrerez l'équipe de démonteurs en veillant au respect des horaires, à l'application des consignes et notes de service, respect du règlement intérieur). Vous êtes garant(e) de la bonne organisation de l'atelier, de la qualité du service et du respect de la réglementation de sécurité. - A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes : - Veiller à la propreté et au rangement de l'atelier de démontage - Former les nouveaux collaborateurs - Conseiller sur les méthodes de démontage et veiller au respect des consignes de tri - Conduire des chariots élévateurs pour alimenter l'atelier en véhicules Vous pouvez être amené à effectuer des missions de démontage de véhicules en vue d'aider son équipe ou d'apporter une expertise technique. Le profil recherché Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation mécanique automobile/ poids lourds et avez une expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'atelier. Vous êtes titulaire du CACES 1 et 3. Vous êtes reconnu(e) comme une personne de terrain et avez le goût du travail bien fait ainsi qu'un réel sens du service. Vous êtes méticuleux(se), ponctuel(le), rigoureux(se). Not the right fit?
