L'entreprise Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de fournitures pour le marché de la réparation automobile et du poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group, membre du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC) coté aux Etats-Unis, recherche pour renforcer sa nouvelle plateforme FIRST basée à  Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry (77), un(e) Responsable ADV Adjoint(e) H/F. Poste à pourvoir dès que possible. Les missions Rattaché(e) à la Responsable ADV, vous serez son support et accompagnerez une équipe au quotidien. A ce titre, vos missions seront : Rechercher et encourager la contribution de chacun en fonction de sa spécificité S'assurer de la bonne intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs Assurer une communication ascendante vers le Responsable ADV Appliquer les règles et process définis Assurer l'intégration et la formation des équipes Superviser la gestion des litiges clients Relayer les dysfonctionnements remontés par les clients au service concerné Profil Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, organisation et autonomie. Vous savez faire preuve de pédagogie. Vous avez occupé une fonction similaire au sein d'un service ADV. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment Excel.
