Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de fournitures pour le marché de la réparation automobile et du poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group, membre du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC) coté aux Etats-Unis, recherche son/sa nouveau(elle) ASSISTANT(E) SAV H/F dans le cadre d'une mobilité interne. Poste à pourvoir dès que possible sur SECLIN ( 59 ) tout proche de Lille à 15 kilomètres. D irectement rattaché(e) au Responsable SAV, sa fonction recouvre 2 domaines majeurs, la gestion administrative à tenir au quotidien mais aussi l'accueil client et de la gestion du commerce. Voici vos missions au quotidien sur la partie administrative du poste : Gestion et approvisionnements des fournitures de bureau et de pièces. Gestion des garanties fournisseurs. Gestion de la facturation. Relance Devis clients Classement et archivage de tous documents. Gestion des retours fournisseurs d’un point de vue administratif. Gestion de boite mail (commande, réclamation, devis, etc…). Création de fiche article et demande auprès de la base centrale si besoin. Rapprochement des factures non justifiées & bons bloqués en collaboration avec Responsable SAV Réception des appels téléphoniques, recueil de sa demande. Etablissement des devis avec les techniciens dans des délais rapides (max 48 heures), avec le support du Responsable SAV et/ou du Technicien SAV Atelier. Participe à la résolution des litiges de facturation clients avec le Responsable SAV et/ou Promoteur sur matériel neuf prise en compte immédiate des réclamations clients et mise en place des actions nécessaires pour y remédier le plus rapidement possible à basculer sur Responsable SAV ou Promoteur. Profil recherché : Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, organisation et autonomie. Vous savez faire preuve de pédagogie. Vous avez occupé une fonction similaire.
