L'entreprise Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de fournitures pour le marché de la réparation automobile et du poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group, membre du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC) coté aux Etats-Unis, recherche pour renforcer sa nouvelle plateforme FIRST basée à  Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry (77), un(e) ASSISTANT SAV H/F. Poste à pourvoir dès que possible. Les missions Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Service Clients, vote rôle principal est l’accompagnement, le conseil clientèle et la gestion des commandes, à ce titre, vous serez amené à : A ce titre, vos missions seront : Accompagner les clients par téléphone, email, chat Traiter les réclamations clients (problèmes de livraison, erreur d’adresse, ouverture de tickets…) Suivre la résolution des tickets Gérer les demandes de remboursements Profil Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, organisation et autonomie. Vous savez faire preuve de pédagogie. Vous avez occupé une fonction similaire. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment Excel. Not the right fit?
