L'entreprise Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de fournitures pour le marché de la réparation automobile et du poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group, membre du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC) coté aux Etats-Unis, recherche, pour renforcer l’équipe technique de nos plateformes spécialisées dans la distribution de pièces poids lourds, nous recherchons un HOTLINER TECHNIQUE PIECES POIDS LOURDS H/F basé sur LE RHEU. Poste en CDI à pourvoir dès que possible. Missions   Le Conseiller Technique H/F répond aux sollicitations techniques de nos clients professionnels pour répondre à leur demande : conseils techniques sur les pièces poids lourds / disponibilité des pièces / délais de livraison /  … A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes : Réaliser des devis Gérer les réclamations techniques des clients (garanties, non-conformité technique…) Vous pourriez être amenés à participer à des formations/réunions techniques avec nos clients et nos fournisseurs. Profil Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience au sein d’un service client et idéalement, vous avez déjà travailler dans le secteur du Poids Lourds. Vous êtes rigoureux(se), méthodique, organisé(e), autonome et savez travailler en équipe. Not the right fit?
