AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026. What does this internship consists in? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant. Internship Job Description: The main activities will be: 1.-Continuous Support to HO Industrial Maintenance To monitor global milestone and deliverable of the industrial maintenace team acording to strategy To monitor subcontractors activities acording to indicators of performance To monitor the budget of the main activities 2.-To be part of and act as team member of different forums and meeting focus on: TPM in the critical asset Align maintenance plans with production planning Ensure stored and documented are available in the CMMS Coordinates the maintenance tasks according to the annual  budget, related maintenance plans and unplanned maintenance tasks. Contributes to ensure the required plant availability/plant performance KPI, based on the company's or department's technical objectives of availability and quality. Required skills #AirbusDiversity As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: - Degree in Industrial or Software Engineering - Level B2 Spanish. - Level B2 English. - General knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Java or C# - Skills valued: - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Team spirit and great collaboration skills. - Ability to work in complex and international environments.
