Job Description: For the Maintenance Team within Airbus Space Spain we are looking for an Maintenance Technician. Mission: Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance activities on machines for production satisfaction, ensuring machine availability, and cost efficiency. Main Activities: Support breakdowns: Follow up in big failures within critical means Knowledge: Ensure feedback within Airbus maintenance department Audits in preventive maintenance: Check supplier tasks that task are correctly performed Maximo / SAP: Ensure correct filling within regular work orders Control of suppliers: Monitoring of technical assistance Spare parts: Component control and monitoring Test & Control Predictive Maintenance: Analyze collected values from predictive task Modifications and Improvements (Kaizen): Develop identified and proposed improvements Jobs Documentation: Create documents related to modifications and improvements Jobs Procedures: Create procedures related to modifications and improvements Preventive & Corrective: Review maintenance plan, perform diagnosis on machines and write anomalies reports Metrology: Operate metrological tools to ensure geometrical compliance according to the standard, evaluate reports and participate in MFTs (Request for Calibration / Verification of Measuring Equipment) Reports: All Maintenance related reports Core competences: Fundamental Knowledge of Jigs, Tools & Maintenance Maintenance Engineering Methodologies (RCM, TPM, FMEA, …) EHS Fundamentals Knowledge of QMS Production environmental fundamentals Knowledge of Machine techno & processes Jigs & Tools Maintenance Machine electrics & automation basics Troubleshooting fundamentals Industrial Cybersecurity Additional Competences: Toolmaking for Airbus J&T Measuring for Airbus Knowledge of machine components Machine basics knowledge Mechanical Maintenance incl.
