Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) TECHNICIEN(NE) HOTLINE LOGICIEL NIVEAU 2 H/F (CDI) dans le cadre d'un accroissement d'activité afin de maintenir un support auprès de nos clients de façon qualitatif auprès de notre filiale STARIS FRANCE basé à Niort (79). STARIS est notre filiale éditrice de la solution Star-6000, notre progiciel de gestion adapté aux besoins de la distribution automobile pour le négoce, gestion commercial, e-commerce et sur la gestion d'entrepôt ! L'enjeu du poste est stratégique pour le fonctionnement de la structure en présentant un rôle quotidien pour assurer le support client de premier niveau pour orienter le client dans la navigation des solutions logicielles. Voici vos missions au quotidien avec un rattachement direct auprès de notre team manager de l'activité support : - Mise en exploitation des solutions logicielles - Effectuer la gestion et le paramétrage des bases de données client - Optimiser l’utilisation des bases en réglant leurs paramètres - Mettre en œuvre les outils de traitement de données et de surveillance - Tester et mettre en production les bases SQL - Etablir le diagnostic du dysfonctionnement des bases SQL - Apporter les correctifs sur les bases et données SQL en défaut - Savoir analyser une base de données, et effectuer des requêtes de sélection, analyse - Assurer le diagnostic du niveau de résolution - Être force de proposition afin d'améliorer la qualité de service - Savoir gérer les priorités (production / projets / collaborateurs) - Rédiger la fiche d’incident / Résolution - Recenser les améliorations fonctionnelles souhaitées par les utilisateurs clients / collaborateurs Profil recherché : Avoir eu idéalement une expérience dans la gestion des appels pour une Hot Line et en requêtage (de type SQL) Un réel plus sur des notions de gestion de comptable Maîtrise des outils bureautiques D365 Informations complémentaires : Matériel de qualité Aménagement récent de nos locaux Parking gratuit à proximité Intéressement ou participation Flexibilité des horaires RTT Télétravail Activités sportives Café offert Not the right fit?
