Diversified business to keep you interested We are looking for an energetic Store person to join our dynamic warehouse team in Darra QLD. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for a person that is looking for growth opportunities with our wider group. This position will be reporting to the Distribution Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Process orders – confirming order slips, pick and pack General warehouse duties as required Attend to receiving and despatching of stock Operate forklifts – loading and unloading when required Manual handling Who are you? Proven warehouse experience within a similar role, experience using a forklift would be desirable but not essential. Mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest within the industry Work autonomously within a team environment. Good verbal and written skills Computer literate at an intermediate level Ability to multitask and priorities your workloads. Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with job tasks. Ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas. Proven safety and quality focus & perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures. Willingness to work as part of a team, and do whatever is required, to help achieve business targets. Why us?
