Job Description: Le poste est localisé sur le site de Salaunes, 19, route de Lacanau. Le poste sera dédié à la production A220. Le contrôleur qualité sera chargé de contrôler les produits à chacune des étapes de la production. Que ce soit en contrôle interruptif ou final il en vérifie la conformité par rapport aux documents de production et atteste la qualité des pièces et sous-ensembles. En cas d'anomalie, il caractérise le défaut, le formalise dans SAP en vue de définir des actions préventives ou correctives. Les missions : -                  Inspecter les produits du périmètre conformément au dossier de fabrication et instructions de contrôle -                  S’assurer de la réalisation des autocontrôles des opérateurs -                  Etre le garant du curatif sur la ligne de production (traitement des avis qualité, gestion de la quarantaine) -                  Rédaction des avis qualité sur SAP, assurer la caractérisation des défauts rencontrés, assurer que tout élément NC est mis en quarantaine ou sécurisé, réaliser le suivi des actions. -                  Valider les phases de réparation (contrôle+ stamp) -                  Réalisation des contrôles interruptifs lors de la production. -                  Participer aux réunions lignes de produits de son périmètre d’intervention et communiquer toute information utile vers la production ou remonter l’information qualité vers sa hiérarchie. -                  Réaliser les actions correctives ou préventives qui lui incombent si nécessaire et dans les temps -                  Le cas échéant, réaliser les FAI (First Article Inspection) ou FAA (First Article Assembly) conformément à la consigne applicable : contrôle du produit, participation à la réalisation du dossier. -                  Réaliser la libération des produits par la constitution des dossiers et leur approbation ainsi que réaliser leur archivage -                  Maitriser les exigences client -                  Etre à l’aise avec l’interface informatique This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
