Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de la réparation automobile et poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group est filiale du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC), coté en bourse aux Etats-Unis. Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recrutons actuellement   un(e) Réceptionnaire (CDI)   pour l’une de nos filiales :   Mesnil Accessoires membre du réseau GROUPAUTO à Cormeilles en Parisis. Rattaché(e) à notre responsable magasin, vous établissez en toute autonomie la gestion du stock magasin et la recherche de pièces pour accompagner nos clients au quotidien : A ce titre, véritable poste poste polyvalent, vous serez amené (e) à : - Accueillir et conseiller les clients - S'assurer de la disponibilité des pièces dans notre logiciel interne - Litiges fournisseurs - Présenter la facture / vente additionnelle de produits et service / gérer l'encaissement des clients - Gérer les réclamations et relances clients - Référencement des pièces Profil recherché : - Vous disposez d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire dans le secteur automobile idéalement et/ou de la pièce détachée. - Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre écoute, votre esprit d'analyse, votre réactivité et votre implication au quotidien. - Vous êtes organisé(e) et motivé(e). - Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et avez le sens du relationnel.
