Befristung: Unbefristet Ihre Aufgaben Als TESTIA, einem Unternehmen der Airbus-Gruppe, sind wir dem Null-Unfall-Ziel verpflichtet. Wir suchen eine eigenständige und agile Fachkraft in Teilzeit, die als unser lokaler HSE-Anker an den deutschen Standorten agiert. Du bist die Expertin/der Experte, die/der die gesetzlichen Vorgaben der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (FASi) umsetzt, die lokalen Sicherheitsbeauftragten koordiniert und gleichzeitig die Sicherheitsstandards des Airbus-Konzerns in die Praxis übersetzt. Wenn Du Wert auf Flexibilität, hohe Eigenverantwortung und den direkten Support eines globalen Konzerns legst, bist Du bei uns richtig. Du erfüllst die gesetzlichen Pflichten der FASi an allen deutschen Standorten (inkl. Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Unfallanalysen und Ableitung von Präventionsmaßnahmen). Du bist die primäre Schnittstelle zu den Airbus-internen FASi-Experten und nutzt deren spezialisiertes Know-how und zentrale Ressourcen. Du organisierst die Arbeit der lokalen Sicherheitsbeauftragten. Du sorgst für die rechtskonforme Dokumentation aller Prozesse und stellst sicher, dass lokale Verfahren den globalen Airbus-HSE-Policies entsprechen. Du planst und hältst praxisnahe Unterweisungen und Trainings ab, um eine gelebte Sicherheitskultur zu fördern. Du unterstützt bei der Einhaltung lokaler Umweltvorschriften (z.B. Abfall- und Gefahrstoffmanagement) und lieferst die notwendigen Daten für das zentrale Reporting. Unsere Anforderungen Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (FASi) gemäß § 7 ASiG. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anwendung des deutschen Arbeitsschutzes und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Koordination von Teams (z.B. Sicherheitsbeauftragten). Du arbeitest proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und kannst Sicherheitsanforderungen nicht nur vermitteln, sondern auch begeistern. Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentations- und Reporting-Tools; gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Du bist bereit, 20 Stunden pro Woche flexibel zu arbeiten und regelmäßig zu unseren deutschen Standorten zu reisen.
