Job Description: Airbus Atlantic Composites, filiale du groupe Airbus Atlantic, a pour vocation l’étude, le développement et la mise en œuvre de matériaux composites à hautes performances et de structures assemblées intégrant ces matériaux. Situé à 20 minutes de Bordeaux et de l'Océan, nous recherchons, un(e) « Préparateur Méthodes Assemblage». Rattaché(e) à la Direction Technique vous participez à l'industrialisation de l'assemblage de sous-ensembles aérostructure. Vous serez en interface avec les départements production, bureau d'études, achats, approvisionnement, qualité ainsi qu’avec les fournisseurs et clients.   Principales   responsabilités : Vous serez principalement en charge de : - Mettre au point les procédés d’assemblage des nouveaux produits à partir de la définition et des documents normatifs clients - Mettre en place les moyens industriels et les postes de travail pour l’assemblage - Créer et maintenir à jour les gammes/nomenclatures dans SAP - Gérer la documentation technique associée (fiche d’instruction, fiche de suivi de traçabilité) - Réaliser le cahier des charges fonctionnel des outillages, planifier et suivre leurs études et leurs mises au point en atelier - Assurer le support technique à la production sur le processus d'assemblage - Mettre en place les actions correctives, curatives et d’optimisation du processus assemblage pendant la vie série du produit - Fiabiliser les temps de production nécessaires par poste de travail   Profil recherché : Titulaire d’un Bac+5, vous possédez une expérience dans le domaine des assemblages structuraux multi matériaux (Métalliques / Composites). Vous avez exercé des fonctions de Préparation & Méthodes en assemblage et avez acquis de solides compétences dans le domaine : Maitrise des domaines d’assemblage aérostructure composites   monolithique/sandwich   et métallique : Perçage manuel / Perçage UPA Pose de fixations (rivets, fixations permanentes vissées ou serties.) Serrage au couple Mastics d’étanchéité / Métallisation Collage structural Contrôle des assemblages Maitrise de l’exploitation de plans / 3D et chaines de cotation fonctionnelles Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), CATIA V5 (au moins pour la consultation), SAP, PLM Aptitude à communiquer aussi bien avec les équipes internes qu’externes Autonomie et sens des responsabilités Force de proposition pour faire évoluer son domaine d’activité dans l’entreprise La connaissance du moulage des pièces composites est un plus. Votre niveau d’anglais vous permet de consulter et d’éditer de la documentation en Anglais ainsi que d’interagir avec des fournisseurs / collègues et clients anglophones This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
