Job Description: Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026. What does this internship consists in? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant. Internship Job Description: Within the framework of large new asset acquisition projects, the Maintenance Engineer provides maintenance requirements and expertise throughout the acquisition projects to optimize the maintainability of the new asset as it enters the production phase. Ensures that the Maintenance Department receives all the final documentation necessary to optimize the performance of maintenance activities on this new asset. Analyzes common failures and malfunctions that occur and how to take action to prevent their recurrence using the PPS methodology. Ensures the required technical availability of the plant in the respective field of activity. Leads the digital transformation strategy in maintenance. Key CMMS user. Key deliverables: *Maintenance plan. *Asset maintainability analysis. *Industrial spare parts needs. *Learning solution development needs. KEY TOPICS: 1.- Support for the Maintenance of the Future portfolio: - Development of AI solutions for maintenance management. - ADM 2.0 by Gemini. - Portfolio Condition-based & Predictive Maintenance. 2. Support for Strategy Map development: - Development of a Maintenance process map. - Development of Maintenance processes. - Process communication. - Continuous improvement. 3. Support for Asset Management activities: - Development of a Criticality Assessment. - Support for the R&O forum. - Obsolescence assessment and action plans.
