Job Description: Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain?  AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.  We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.  The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026. What does this internship consists in?  Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.  You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.  Internship Job Description: Performance, Continuous Improvement and Digitalization. Support to the development and contribution to the evolution and maintenance of the Airbus Operating System (AOS). Support the transfer to production through coaching of improvement concepts: principles, tools & techniques, and the development of autonomy/competency in the business. Continuously improving the the business performance via collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators and to identify deviations to the targets in an harmonized way. Define, develop and implement a complete set of performance indicators to support business decision-making. Help the operational teams and corresponding support functions to be able to achieve our targeted performance. Support internal and external best practices identification & sharing. Assist in the preparation of the dossier for the monthly performance review. Support the preparation and facilitation of plant workshops, including annual objectives and strategy sessions. Ensure the proper functioning of workshop panel screens and the Safety corner. Contribute and support creation a collaborative digital environment to ease and support all previous points. Competences Required: Engineering or similar. Data management Agile Methodology interest. Digital tools knowledge.  Stakeholder management English and spanish fluent. Soft skills required : Good Communication, dynamic spirit, creativity and proactivity .
