Job Description: Diese Stelle ist Teil unserer Business Unit Safety, welche sich für sicherere, umweltfreundlichere und inklusivere Industrien und Transportsysteme einsetzt. Aufgabenbeschreibung Technische Publikationsprojekte mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Lieferanten überwiegend in Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch Qualitätssicherung von technischer Dokumentation (einschließlich deren Übersetzung) Sicherstellung der Konsistenz der Terminologie des gesamten E2E Prozesses in allen Sprachversionen Erstellung, Pflege und Übersetzung von technischen Handbüchern und Wartungsanweisungen (Maintenance Manuals, AMM, IPC, SRM, etc.) Linguistisches Korrekturlesen von Technischer Dokumentation im Falle der Exportkontrolle. Übersetzung technischer Inhalte zwischen Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch  Abstimmung mit Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsabteilungen, um technische Änderungen korrekt zu dokumentieren Sicherstellung des Managements, Audits und der Leistungsüberwachung von Lieferanten Nutzung von Übersetzungstools (z. B. Trados, Across, MemoQ) Mitarbeit bei der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Dokumentationsstandards (S1000D, ASD-STE100) Übernahme von funktionalen und / oder projektbezogenen Aufgaben in Projekten  Erstellung erforderlicher Dokumentation und Präsentation der Arbeitsergebnisse Erforderliche Qualifikationen Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch ein einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium mit einer bis zu 4-jährigen Regelstudiendauer im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Technische Redaktion, Linguistik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden. Die insgesamt erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auf andere Weise erlangt worden sein. Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen Fundierte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch incl. ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English  Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfahrzeuge, Systeme und Komponenten wünschenswert Erfahrung in Team Management und im Lieferantenmanagement  Erfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation, der Nutzung von CAT Tools (mind. 3 Jahre) und im technischen Kundensupport  Kompetenzen im Change Management (Methoden, Werkzeuge) Vertrautheit mit Qualitätsgrundsätzen Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Übersetzung technischer Dokumentation  Präzise Ausdrucksweise, hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Freude an technischer Sprache Teamorientierte, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft für sporadische Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland Standort Am Standort Donauwörth am Ufer der Donau nahe Augsburg unterstützen wir Airbus Helicopters bei der Entwicklung von Hubschraubern von der ersten Idee bis zum flugfähigen Produkt.
