Job Description: Um die Abteilung " SLA Management & Training & Tools“ im Bereich "Service Delivery" zu unterstützen, sucht die Airbus Secure Land Communications GmbH ab sofort DICH als: Werkstudent (m/w/d) für unser Training Center mit 15 Std/Woche am Standort Sulzbach (Ts.). Standort: Sulzbach (Taunus) liegt etwa eine halbe Autostunde westlich von Frankfurt am Main und ist eine aufstrebende Gemeinde mit einem breiten Freizeit- und Kulturangebot. Dazu gehören folgende Tätigkeiten: Erstellen und ausarbeiten von Schulungsunterlagen Übersetzen (deutsch/englisch) der als Vorlage dienenden Kundendokumentationen. Administrative Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Kundentrainings. Pflegen und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der für die Organisation der Trainings eingesetzten Software. Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Optimierung der Trainingsplattform und Schulungsumgebung entsprechend der technisch erforderlichen Standards. Mitarbeit in kleineren Entwicklungsprojekten. Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen (es ist aber auch kein Beinbruch, wenn du als Student nicht alles beherrschst): Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium im Bereich Nachrichten-, Informations- oder Kommunikationstechnik (Bachelor, Master) und hast Lust, Deine theoretischen Kenntnisse in einem praktischen Einsatz anzuwenden. Vielleicht hast Du bereits erste berufliche Erfahrung durch eine vorhergehende Tätigkeit als Praktikant oder Werkstudent. Du bist kommunikationsstark und möchtest deine guten Moderations- und Präsentationstechniken noch verbessern. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office.
