Was dich bei uns erwartet: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unserer Kundendienstteams in der Region Nord Du vermittelst bei Konflikten innerhalb des Teams und förderst ein positives Arbeitsumfeld Du sorgst für die Sicherstellung eines bundesweit einheitlichen Qualitätsniveaus Du bearbeitest technische Problemstellungen sowie die Klärung von Reklamationen Du arbeitest an der Optimierung und Standardisierung unserer organisatorischen Prozesse, um stetig unsere Effizienzoptimierung voranzubringen Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung arbeitssicherheitstechnischer Vorgaben Du führst Einstellungs- und regelmäßige Mitarbeiter:innengespräche Du unterstützt Deine Teammitglieder bei ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei der Kalkulation von Sonderprojekten Was du mitbringen solltest: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technisch-kaufmännische Ausbildung Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundendienstes im technischen Umfeld, bevorzugt im Kfz-Bereich. Ein Bonus wären bereits erste Führungserfahrungen. Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen und eventuell sogar schon die ersten Erfahrungen mit MS FieldService gemacht Du kannst selbständig und zuverlässig Aufgaben priorisieren und deine Arbeitszeit effektiv einteilen Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Kommunikation, damit die Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie außerhalb reibungslos ablaufen kann Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit Klingt nach deinem nächsten Job?
