Job Description: Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain ? AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER I 2026/2027 - 2nd March 2026 until 26th February . We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026. What does this internship consists in ? Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant. Internship Job Description : Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: Support to the CDT leadership team in its mission: CDT leaders are accountable and responsible of Safety in its geographical perimeter CDT leaders are accountable for on quality, on time and on cost delivery of CAs or MCAs to the VSM. To complete this main mission, they drive and receive the support of the plant-based communities, under the guidance of the plant manager and taking into account the programmes assumptions translated by the VSM and Local VSM (LVSM) CDT leaders organise and manage production, contributing teams and plant communitie (e.g. operations teams, manufacturing engineering unit, scheduling, quality...) to meet delivery targets and achieve continuous improvement of the CDT performance CDT leaders establish their needs and proactively pull required support from all plant based functions to meet CDT targets achievement and escalate requests for support to the plant manager through fact based Practical Problem Solving (PPS) standard CDT leaders proactively manage the interface with the VSM for all delivery related topics (Component Availability Programme (CAP) delivery dates, Outstanding Work (OSW) limits, full documentation, reactivity, ...), providing transparent customer relationship management with the respective VSM Manager  CDT leaders agree together with respective VSM Managers on Targets & Priorities, Airbus Operational Plan (AOP)/Budget/Capex, Delivery and Continuous Improvement & Resource management. Required skills #AirbusDiversity As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: ● Educated to degree level in Engineering or Science Degree. Valuable: Master's Engineer or Master's Sciences Degree. ● Good level of English (B2) and Spanish is required for this position.
