The successful candidate will assess and understand business needs and translate such into IT solutions. Qualification & Experience: We seek out curious minds. We’re looking above all for passionate people, eager to learn, willing to share, establishing innovative ways of working and influencing culture change.   Are you ready to share this exciting challenge with us?  Engineering graduate  Working closely with Leads/Product Owner to analyze, assess and understand business needs and translate such into IT solutions Maintaining Interoperability and integration based solutions via high-available, scalable, secured, monitored systems and services Essential Skills Experience on Angular/React and Java technologies High level of energy, strong drive & ability to adjust to changing priorities. High Customer focus and proactive stakeholder management. Knowledge on designing and implementing APIs, Events will be added advantage Experience on the AWS skills like S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc. would be a plus  Knowledge on Test tools would be nice like Bruno   Responsibilities: Perform root cause analysis for incidents & trend analysis for proactive measures Report in Airbus defined template and fill all details Autonomy with excellent communication skills to work in a multi-functional and distributed team Provide accessibility and analysis RCA, L2, L3 support Ability to work on the Service Now tool. Excellent Communication skills- good interpersonal and influencing skills. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Documents technical knowledge in the form of Knowledge base articles.
