Your mission: An internship opportunity titled : Maintenance Program Junior Associate Engineer - Internship has just opened at Airbus India Private Limited located in Bengaluru. You will join the Airbus Customer Service Engineering & Maintenance department in charge of Maintenance & Services. Your internship will consist in: Maintenance & Services team development & optimization of maintenance program and related services for the customers. Ideally, this is a 6 month internship and it should start on 9th Feb 2026 (date subject to flexibility). Your main missions will consist of : ● Contributing to the optimization of aircraft maintenance program (all ATAs and programs) in adherence with processes, safety requirements and economic considerations ● Contribute to development of maintenance program and related services ● Identify action items that can be transformed into IT requirements ● Contribute to on-going automation projects in the team Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills. This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: ● Knowledge of Airbus process and tools ● Collaboration & Team work ● Time management ● Ownership of assigned tasks ● Working in corporate environments   Your Boarding Pass: You are pursuing technical Under Graduate or post graduate in Aeronautical Engineering or pursuing Aircraft maintenance engineering Diploma and has cleared more than 60% of EASA or DGCA basic modules (B1 & B2) You possess the following competences: - Technical skills : General knowledge of Aircraft systems and/or structure Software development skills Knowledge of aviation regulations (desired) Airline operations and knowledge of Aircraft technical literature(desired)  Overview ATA chapters (desired) - Soft Skills : ● Team spirit, Proactive, Autonomous ● Good communication and presentation skills (both oral and written) - Language skills : ● Fluency in English Language (L, R , W) Mandatory This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
