Job Description: En quête d’une première expérience qui fait la différence ?  Ce stage chez Airbus Atlantic pourrait bien être le début d’un grand voyage.  Nous sommes un leader mondial sur le marché des aérostructures, des sièges pilotes et des fauteuils passagers premium. Dans le cadre de votre formation initiale, vous recherchez un stage obligatoire ou intégré dans une année de césure, d’une durée de 4 à 6 mois, vous permettant de valider votre année. Une offre de stage intitulée «  STAGE 2026 - Gestion de projets industriels (ALL GENDER)   » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' Airbus Atlantic sur notre site de Nantes .  Retrouvez Airbus Atlantic en vidéo Présentation Airbus Atlantic Présentation du site de Nantes Ce stage commencera entre mai et juillet 2026 (date sujette à flexibilité) et sera d’une durée de  6 mois. Tâches et responsabilités : Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes au sein du service Plant Production Support (service support à la production) en charge de mener des projets de transformation et de performance pour l’usine. Votre stage consistera en l’amélioration du pilotage des risques et opportunités de l’usine et au développement de la stratégie industrielle de l’usine. Encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :    Stratégie d’implantations industrielles : analyser et définir des scénarios d’implantations de lignes industrielles, d’activités logistiques et tertiaires à l’échelle du site ; la mission sera d’aider à la coordination de projets dans l’usine, à travers une vue coûts / délais / qualité, tout en s’assurant de la cohérence avec la stratégie de l’usine Pilotage Risques et Opportunités Usine : contribuer au suivi des risques et opportunités à travers leur identification, analyse, challenge, cotation. Ceci en s’appuyant sur un réseau de personnes dans l’usine. L’objectif de la mission est de donner de la robustesse à l’ensemble des risques et opps en animant les plans d’actions, le recensement des nouveaux éléments, préparer le reporting à la Direction de l’usine, etc…     Parlons de VOUS ! Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine du génie industriel ou une discipline apparentée Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :  Connaissances en gestion de projet Soft skills : Très bon relationnel et sens du travail en équipe, Esprit de synthèse et bonne communication, Prise de recul, Capacité à conceptualiser, imaginer Anglais  : Avancé Français   : Courant Parlons de NOUS !
