Job Description: Se necesita un Operario Especialista en Cableado Aeroespacial con experiencia mínima de 2 años para la fabricación e integración de cableado para Satélites y Lanzadores. La persona deberá: - Manejar las herramientas específicas del área (crimpadoras, soldadores,...). - Interpretar correctamente la documentación. - Fabricar el cableado siguiendo las instrucciones de trabajo. - Tener mentalidad de mejora continua dado que se está en un área en continua evolución. Responsabilidades específicas: - Realizar montaje eléctrico, integración y modificación de sistemas eléctricos para producto espacial, lanzadores y/o satélites o instrumentos (enrutamiento de arneses, conexión eléctrica, soldadura, engaste... ). - Experiencia mínima de 2 años demostrables y recientes en fabricación de cableados, preferentemente para espacio bajo certificacion ESA (ECSS-Q-ST-70-26C / ECSS-Q-ST-70-08C / ECSS-Q-ST-70-18C / ECSS-Q-ST-70-38C) - Valorable experiencia bajo certificación IPC/WHMA-A-620 o MIL-Spec de fabricación de cableado - Experiencia en soldadura SMD y Through-Hole. - Conocimiento de manejo y fabricación de cableado de RF y Fibra óptica. - Nociones básicas de montajes de estructuras aerospaciales - Realizar pruebas eléctricas básicas (continuidad, unión, aislamiento, alta tensión DC...). - Asegurar la mejora continua. Realizar inspección de calidad de primer nivel. Inputs: Materias primas, herramientas, piezas y componentes estándar, documentación (instrucción técnica, orden de trabajo, procedimiento de prueba, tarjeta de trabajo, etc.).
