Job Description: Wir bei Airbus Defence and Space suchen einen Projekt Leiter/Manager (m/w/d) für den Bereich „Connected Intelligence“ in der Business Unit „Space Digital“. Ihre Hauptverantwortungen und Aufgaben werden sein Leitung und Koordination eines hochwertigen Projektes zur Modernisierung der aktuellen Planungssoftware Sicherstellung der OTOCOQ-Lieferung Den Kunden zufriedenstellen Gesamtheitliche Verantwortung für den entsprechenden Vertragsbudgetanteil Vertretung des Teilprojektes gegenüber dem Kunden Verbesserung der Kosten und des Zeitplans über den gesamten Programmlebenszyklus Berichterstattung an die Programmleitung Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung bei relevanten Programm-/Projektentscheidungen in Absprache mit dem Head of Programm Implementation der Space Digital Business Unit Koordination/Kommunikation/Abstimmung mit Funktionen auf Managementebene Funktionale Leitung des MFT auf Projektebene Risiko- und Chancenverantwortung  Leistungsüberwachung, Controlling, Reporting  Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern und Lieferanten Technische und strategische Einbettung des Themas in die bestehende Industrielandschaft zur effektiven Nutzung von Synergien und Stärkung des Airbus-Geschäfts Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen: Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder gleichwertigem Abschluss Langjährige Erfahrung im leitenden Projekt-/Programmmanagement ADS Zertifizierung, PMP/PM wünschenswert Starke Führungserfahrung und kreativer Antrieb Schnelles Verständnis von Situationen mit hohem Komplexitätsgrad Proaktive Arbeitsweise Teamspieler Integrative Denkweise, die in der Lage ist, ein umfangreiches und komplexes funktionsübergreifendes Projekt zu führten Kenntnisse über Projektmanagementmethoden, Standards und zugehörige Airbus-Toolumgebungen (Microsoft Project, Unified Planning, Jira, Confluence, Windchill, AD Projects) wünschenswert Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse Kenntnisse der Satellitenkommunikationstechnologie sind von Vorteil Bereitschaft zu Geschäftsreisen Fähigkeit, Sicherheitsfreigaben zu erhalten (EU Bürger) Diese Tätigkeit erfordert ein Bewusstsein für mögliche Compliance-Risiken und integres Verhalten.
