As a Senior Internal Sales professional, you serve as a vital resource for both our customers and branch operations. You excel at managing complex product inquiries and efficiently processing orders while delivering personalised solutions that meet the unique needs of clients. Bringing a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong organisational skills, you effectively prioritize tasks and contribute to achieving branch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your experience enables you to mentor colleagues and support continuous improvement in sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person. Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately. Support external sales team with detailed quotes, and account coordination Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
